| Is there a possibility to settle payments for phone services provided by TEO LT (former Lithuanian Telecom)? |

Possibility of payment for services provided by TEO LT from the website of our company is possible using ELAS, but the real payment is only possible upon receiving the agreement from TEO LT, after signing the contract between "Informacinio verslo paslaugų įmonė" and TEO LT regulating payments of the residents for the telecommunication services via internet using ELAS. |

| How can I register in ELAS? |
|
The payer must sign the contract with the PLC "Informacinio verslo paslaugų įmonė"; after signing he/she receives the ID signature of the payer. The contract is signed upon arrival of the payer by the following address: Gedimino pr. 31, Vilnius. Prior to arrival, please contact us by phone No. +370-5 236-4907 or +370-5 236-4897. When signing the contract please have the following: passport, bank payment card or contract signed with the bank on opening an account, payer codes of the "Pay-book", which are used by the payer for settlement of services with the service providers. |

| How much does the registration in ElAS cost? |

Registration services of ELAS are provided free of charge. |

| Is the payer obliged to settle the payments after signing the contract via ELAS system only? |
|
No, you can pay for services in your convenience (e.g. one month - using the ELAS system and the other - in the places of tax admission using printed forms). Data of your payments will be added to the database of our company automatically in any case. |

| Is there a possibility to pay state taxes via ELAS for legal entities? |
|
So far the legal entities have no such possibility. |

| Where can I find the demo version of ElAS? |

| How does the settlement of services via ELAS system cost? |
|
Bank charges constant amount of transaction for one-time write-off of the funds (the total amount of payments for all the services indicated in the online form by the payer) from the payers account. |

| How will the settlement be proven legally? When paying in banks, the clerk puts the bank stamp on the payment form. Of course, I believe that you can print any form you want with a regular PC and a printer these days.

We issue our clients one annual report of payments printed and sealed with our seal containing all the data of payments. By the request of the client, additional reports are available to be issued by the mutual agreement (regular or one-time reports), which can be mailed to the client on his/hers expense, or he/she can reclaim the report in our office. Moreover, the bank also issues reports on settlement of services. |

| Can I supply all the data required via internet and only come up to sign the contract? |
|
In order to sign the agreement, the client must come to our office and bring all the necessary documentation with him/her. |

| Will the registration within ELAS remain free of charge? |
|
Services of registration within ELAS are definitely supplied free of charge and there is no payments planned for them in the future. |
